About Arleta’s Art

Artist Arleta Pech, Internationally known for her florals  and  still  life’s.  She  now  works  on  landscapes  created on Silver and Gold leaf that glow in low light settings. The landscapes are based  on  the  western  slope  of  Colorado.

Arleta is shown creating the logo in 1969. So they ran a completion to submit ideas for a new design.
A guy in Denver submitted his Dallas idea. But the Bronco didn’t use his artwork.

instead they came to Decals inc. The salesman wrote up the order with a scribbled idea of a D with a horse.

It was put on my desk to create for the silkscreen department for a stick on logo.

The news outlets never followed up on who really did the original design.
